I tried several dealers with no luck and had to contact Corporate. Then I got a email from a dealership they assigned to provide me the information. The dealer stated the 2016 DB9 GT can be updated and I asked what was required in terms of hardware and software plus lead time. Current lead time 3-4 days and cost installed drum roll please $6,400 which includes 8-9 hours worth of labor somehow? My guess is the dash needs to be disassembled. If I have it done I'm asking for my old parts that are removed back after.

Awesome news! I will have to check if it can be done to my 2015 DB9.
When I had glass buttons installed in the dash of my 2017 V12S I had thought it would be a quick job as it would have been in the 2015 Vantages I owned - when Aston went to the newer dash layout in 2016 the way things are attached are completely different making the change of buttons a time consuming and all day job. Because Morries Aston Martin had not anticipated the extent of the time it took, they only charged a few hours, but that new dash is quite a mess when working on the electronics.
Yes they claimed 8-9 hours labor. But the price is significantly higher than installing on a similar year 2017 Vantage excluding the labor the cost of the parts itself I mean once you remove the labor.
