blacked out rear bumper reflector

for those of you wanting to smoke or black out your rear bumper reflector, I tried some reflective black tape...

took about 10 minutes per side... going to see how long this lasts, because my reflectors are ceramic coated like the rest of the car... good news is that you don't have to remove reflectors or the bumper... the first one was a little rough... simple to remove and reinstall if needed... likely will use some mild heat to make it bend on the radius a bit more

matches well to meteorite grey car... reflects white in the dark...

Looks good but you've got a bit of a mess on your plate you need to clean off.

it's a 3M product...i ordered it thru my vinyl vendor (I have a sign and graphics company on the side...)

but all you need is a small roll or kit with 3M black reflective tape. 2" minimum
