B&O Tweeter Dome

Hi, I have a 2011 Rapide with the Bang & Olufsen tweeters that rise out of the dash. My driver’s side tweeter only rises intermittently and seems to be off track. Anyone else had this problem?

Did you ever get this fixed? What was the issue? My tweeter is not extending at all, and there is no sound coming from it either. Did your only make sound when extended?
