07 v8 Vantage Headlight Part Numbers?

I have an intermittent turn signal failure in one headlight, and a parking light failure in the other. This is especially painful since that LED strip is one of the most beautiful accents of this car. I'm looking to bite the bullet and just buy new headlights on ebay. When I scour ebay I see a number of part numbers from both LHD and RHD Vantages. Does anyone know if there is a difference between these parts? I figure that brand new lights will be valuable upgrade for this car since these parts are never coming back, and only going to get more expensive if I decide to upgrade later on.

Also if anyone has found a good place to get these at a good deal, interested in that as well!

If you put RHD headlights in your car you'll blind oncoming drivers. UK owners on Pistonheads have to do something to their lights when they drive to Europe.

The only difference RHD and LHD is the orifice/aperture (?) inside the low-beam light, which determines, on which side of the road the light gets cut off.
You can exhange those apertures - or you could just exchange the LED strip & electronics. To do that, you need to open the headlights, i.e. remove the perspex lens.
Probably nothing you want to do on a new headlight...

After much research I'm still trying to confirm headlight part numbers. I see the following options..

6G33-13W029-DE - RH RHD - European RHD
6G33-13W029-EE - RH LHD - European LHD
6G33-13W029-FE - RH - Federal LHD

I assume federal fed means US, but can anyone confirm this? I see references online quite a bit to "federal" / "non-federal", but does anyone know what this actually means? I cannot find anything at all that explains what the two last letters mean.
