Trust me give Stuart a call! He has lots of options! I think he is the best in the business who understands our cars.

I’ve recently had a decat (2 of 6 cats removed) by AML Performance making it louder but not over the top. I also had the valves pinned open as opposed to the remote I had in my previous Rapide S which I didn’t like because it looked like a cheap aftermarket accessory which I left in my front cup holder to use daily, added to the fact that one of the valves sticking meant it wasn’t very effective. With the decat and pinned valves open fully.. it’s loud but in a great V12 sounding way.
Admittedly my wife hates it but as she doesn’t like any cars I’ve had because they are just not practical. It might not be to everyone’s taste but as I put 15k a year on my car as a daily and I’m the only driver, I need it to look and sound exactly as I want and it does, which is why I take the slightly longer country route to work each day.

As a follow up my posts before, in the end I also went with AML decats and I am very happy with the result. As advertised, loud when i want it to be, and quiet in D, (and not sport mode)

I'm searching for a Vanquish now and came across this thread.
NICE FIND on the CC Charger valve bypass !
Right now I have an Alfa Giulia Quad with a hand made exhaust valve bypass system which eliminates the muffler completely.
Dont know why people drop huge bucks to completely eliminate a complex factory muffler system when a simple bypass sounds better.
Many (most) aftermarket systems dont even give the bypass option.
