Thumbs up Sportshift I vs Sportshift II

So, I'm watching out for nice DB9's and V8V's in the market (ideally under $60k) I have posted questions about the Sportshift tranny and am not sure I want one. Having said that, I've come across a very nice 2012 V8V which I read was the first year tor the Sportshift II transmission. So my question to those who have owned or driven cars with the Sportshift I and Sportshift II transmissions : Is there a significant difference between them and if you think so, what's your impression?

I believe each iteration was a big jump.

I've seen the Bamford Rose video and all he seems to say is that the ssII is 7 vs 6 speed and there is a new tcu algorithm. What i'm looking for iis the differences in creeping speed when pulling into my garage and whether or not it is necessary to lift when you shift in sport mode. I find that very odd as I have not read exactly what happens if you don't do that. My Lamborghini E-gear is happy if you don't lift. It shifts hard but I like that. It's like an automatic muscle car with a shift kit. Real life experience with a SS I vs an SS II??

SS II is probably what you want, no crawl mode as it is dependent on throttle inputs to move. They both have crispy shifts at higher RPMs (hyper-shift) you really need to drive both to figure out what you think works best for you.
