Hi

is the Touchtronic 2 so much worse than a 3 ? I have heard several times that they are like day and night, but, enough for the T2 to become a No Go?

Is this referring to the 6 speed transmissions in the 2014s vs the 8 speed in the 2015+s ?

Correct, this was the question.

 

I found the ZF 8 speed more responsive and a better match for the Vanquish’s V12 but the 6 speeds are still excellent cars and less expensive to buy. I also preferred the stiffer suspension and Bosch ECU’s on the 8 speeds. My best advice is to test drive both and see if the difference is worth it to you. Good luck in your search.

 

The big difference between the 2 is that the 8 speed has better MPG, acceleration and top speed.
