Longtime stalker of this board. Own a MY2010 DB9 Volante (since 2016) and am grateful for it. This forum has been a huge resource for me, really helpful for ownership. I just hit 30k miles and like clockwork - coilpacks, plugs, battery - the knowledge here has been key to good ownership.

That said…

The ads, the issues on mobile (I’m on this forum i’m my phone once the missus is asleep!) has made this site terrible.

In short, the people here - you are great, thank you. The platform that is 6speedonline - you’re terrible.

I think you will find that now that you are a member you won’t see anywhere near as many ads. Lurkers are subject to many more ads than logged in members who also have the option to block annoying advertisers, if they wish. Hey, it’s a free platform for information exchange. What do you expect? No one dislikes this software more than I do!

 

Well noted. Was a much needed vent after seemingly years of lexus ads getting in the way of posts 🤦‍♂️

 

Lurking for years? Now with a mighty 2 posts under your belt, perhaps you can offer the Aston community some real support

 

Maybe I will start adding. Though this kind of response from you is to be expected, I do appreciate your knowledge.
