Ever used….
Has anyone ever used United Radio in New York for radio repair. Like almost everyone my AM radio band does not work and United Radio says they can repair the unit.

slade is infamous around these parts
Allot of new car dealers used to send their radios there as per OEM instructions. When I was a shop foreman we used them with great results.

Or you could always repair it yourself. AM/FM module fails on the AM band. If you have zero sound on AM band its failed. FM will still work. Buy a new module and plug it in.

Wait, terrestrial radio is still a thing, and there are still two bands? More places for more commercials, cool!
