Picture Request - Later year VH Vantage visors

Hi all, hoping someone can help me with a very specific picture request. Looks like a prior owner didn't like the airbag warning stickers on the visors and pulled them off, although now there's a big smear of glue where they used to be. Still debating sending them out to be rewrapped without the warning stickers. I did manage to get ahold of replacements though from an AM dealer but they seem bigger than the glue smear on my visors. Can someone with a later year VH Vantage take a picture of their visors for me so I can confirm whether I have the right sticker?

Looking for something like this -

Thanks in advance.

Search on BAT for '16, '17 MYs. IIRC some sellers have posted pics of that visor with the decal.

Try an adhesive remover, like Rapid Remover. I took the stickers off the visors in my 2016 Vanquish, and there was a bit of glue residue left behind (should have hit the stickers with a heat gun first). I tried isopropyl alcohol but it didn't get it all off. Rapid Remover did the trick, but you need to be careful you don't rub the nap off the fabric. Blotting is better than rubbing.

When I picked my '17 up I wanted to take the stickers off as well. However I noticed this issue you are speaking of very quickly and decided just to leave them on after all. On leather they come off fairly easily but apparently not on alcantara.

Ah good call, I struck out on finding the right angle on Autotrader but haven't checked BAT, I'll check that out.

Good to know, might give this a try. I guess worst case scenario if I ruin the fabric I can just put the airbag warning sticker over it again assuming the ones I have are the correct ones.

Yeah I'm surprised whichever previous owner who did this kept going after seeing the glue under the first one. Especially if you can get these again from Aston, I would have stopped at one and then asked them to replace the one I pulled off. The stickers aren't the best looking but neither is a smear of glue.

Sorry, not the greatest photo but this is the one in the 2017 (MY18). Thankfully I only have it on the passenger side so never see it

Thanks! Yours are a bit different than mine but you are in Australia so that would be expected. Size looks to be correct though. I did end up finding a picture of a US spec one on BAT that confirmed my stickers are the correct ones. Pretty cool you can just get these on their own from AM, I almost didn't ask because I thought it was such a long shot.

Yeah might look into that option. These stickers aren't the best looking. I'd prefer the stickers to the glue mark but not having anything there would be most preferable. May come down to how much it costs just to have these redone.

Haha I'm sure my wife would love that version, but since she refuses to ride in it then it's probably just fine!
