You can do stage 3 minus (k04's with special chip, but with stock fueling) without upgrading your tranny.
If you want the full blown RSK04 kit, you should upgrade.

Rep Power: 0 Awesome pictures and numbers. I've seen the tail lights of wayyy too many AWE tuned B5's. Those things are ridiculous. I remember driving my friend's AWE tuned S4 tip, and when I launched it on boost it felt like warp speed. He now has K04's and it's getting pretty ridiculous. Good stuff dude.

It's safe to say that I am in love with that Avant. What a sick looking car, it's just perfect. I know that I'm going right to AWE when I get my Audi.
