And in a kinda related issue, Ipod interface is only avail when you get the Nav option

Yes, bluetooth included.
The adapter for direct iPod connectivity+interactivity via MMI, however, is not and has to be purchased.

Yes it does and it works perfect.
When I am talking on my phone and I get into my car the conversation seemlessly switches over to BT and continues the call through the car. Simply amazing.
