A5/S5 owners pls. contribute

hey people..I have heard some great reviews on the board about the A5. The car looks amazing. I am seriously considering an A5 3.2 for my wife. Have a couple of Qs though..

1) My wife is a new driver..3.2 might be overpowering ?

2) Leg room in the back .. enough to fit a couple of skinny ppl in the back?
(dont have kids yet but I want get her a car thats going be around for a good 3-4 yrs)

Before you guys would think the obvious..go get a test drive!!! the audi dealership in Oman gets them in May and I wanna put an order down now. pls. feel free to add other inputs that you guys might have about the car in general. thanks

The A5 is an amazing car, 3.2 is a good engine and there is a good amount of leg room in the back.

If you're either asian or your around 5'10" you're good to go. As tight as it may look, the rear seats are über-comfortable with adequate leg room. Head room is more than the M6 too. Seats only 2 because there is a center rear console that runs down the middle in the rear.

Good luck!

Excellent car, very safe, very techy & modern. 3.2 engine is just right. not too much power, but enough to suit daily needs and still have a little fun.

back seat is ok for a short trip, but I wouldn't want to sit in any coupe's back seat for more than 30-60 minutes.
