06-07 A4 S-line

I've got an 04' 1.8t 6sp Ultrasport (same as S-line) and I love it. Suspension is perfect for a daily driver (sporty, but not too harsh. Low, but not so low that I scrape, even in Utah winters), and with the upgraded 18" wheels it looks like the perfect height for me, for a DD. The interior is really comfortable as well, and I love the sportier steering wheel and shift **** (the B6 interior is almost the exact same as the B7). I'm actually selling mine because I bought a 01' B5 S4, but I must say that I'm going to miss it dearly. I think the Ultrasport looks better, is bigger and more comfortable. All in all a better daily driver than my slammed stage 2+ B5 S4 (except I miss the power of the S4 ha).
Hey, if you're considering a B6 ultrasport as well as the B7, let me know cause like I said I'm now going to sell mine. jibberjive@aol.com

I own one, '06 A4 3.2 V6 MT Q S-line w/factory 18's. Like the car very much. Could use a little better seats (lack support) and a bit more power, but hey, it's not an S4. Fit and finish is excellent and quiet. Handles well with the stiffer factory suspension, you can actually throw it into pretty good corners and come out fine. Trunk space is better than expected, holds a lot. Road trip last weekend was 26 mpg, not bad. It has just enough goodies to keep you compfy, heated seats, xenons, trip computer, compass, blah, blah, blah... I would certainly endorse it for a DD.
Good luck

I just picked up an 08 S-Line for a DD. It is a 2.0T, has Quattro, has the S-Line interior package, 6 speed, sport suspension, 18' wheels, active headlights, it is extremely nice. It could use a bit more power, but I am bringing in to get a new software program downloaded in a couple weeks that will bump it up to around 250hp and 300ft/lb torque, which should be more than enough to satisfy me on the commute. Hell, I just drove the thing up to NY and was drafting behind a 745i for half the trip, and got damn near 37mpg. Overall it is a really great vehicle, I would definitely recommend it.

You got it. Not too shabby for a DD. Not to mention, you spend $600, get a new engine managment program downloaded into the computer, and you are pushing 250hp and 300ft/lb torque. Definitely a lot of fun on the commute. The thing will go like a raped ape and handles like it's on rails.
