Yes the Wing is a bit oversized,but I wonder how the car compares to the real GT3 or a 997 TT when it comes to track times...

Didn't the car turn a slowish 8:41 at the 'Ring in this trim?
Show me a bigger motor, turbos, or a V12 TDI!

Relatively sure this is an FIA homologation GT3 class car...not gt3 like 911 GT3.

Yes....the Corvette ZR01 outperforms the R8 by 1 min and 15 sec (7 :26)

but the R8 ran that time in rain and really ugly cold weather...
that makes a huge difference,especially at the Nordschleife with all the elevation changes,bumpy sections and corners

Not necessarily a racecar. Possibly a test mule. Note the air data sensor protruding from the base of the cowl, up into the airstream. The wing may just be a means of baselining the down force.
