2004 S4 Opinions
Hey gang
I have a 2000 Porsche 996 and I am looking into getting a more practical daily driver instead. I want an S4 because I feel like I can still get joy out of driving it like i did in my porsche...I found a beautiful black 04 S4 at Jim Ellis in Atlanta...It is everything I want (6spd, aluminum trim, black/white alcantara seats, and 32k miles) and its CERTIFIED PRE OWNED...I know these have some possibilities of things going wrong, but am I good if Its CPO?? It says 2 years/ 50k miles... Thanks guys!!

Looks to be a pretty reliable daily driver setup. Those 4.2's are a pretty solid engine without many nagging issues (no turbos to worry about too
), and that 6-speed is pretty solid as well. Low mileage and CPO, don't think you can go too wrong. Do expect to be able to flog it around corners like your 996 though
