which Audi dealer is best to buy parts from

Hope this isn't too much to ask for (as in it doesn't exist), here is what is important to me when dealing with a dealers parts area:

Responsive
Knoledgeble
Competively priced
Great customer service

Is there someone out there who would appreciate a new customer? The parts department at my local dealer does not seem to posess any of the qualities above. That's okay, I'll shop somewhere else.

Any suggestions? TIA

What are you looking for and are you trying to stay local? We work with some very good VAG dealers, at least good to us so I really can't comment on the consumer side.

Thanks Brian,

I am looking for a source to buy stock Audi S8 parts. Right now, I'm looking to buy an S8 grille to customize a Nofelle grille I bought. Mine has a couple scratches in the chrome. My local dealer doesn't seem to want to be bothered by my questions and doesn't seem to have much knowledge about what will fit my car and what will not.... i.e, mud flaps listed for a A8 fit on my S8? I don't mind doing things mail order b/c I also save the tax.

A source with competitive prices and knowledgable parts people is what I'm looking for.

Sunset Porsche/Audi in Oregon. I've ordered from them a few times and they are knowledgeable and price competitive. I believe it's cost + 10%.

PM me you vin and I will get some pricing for you, if you already have a part number, I will take that as well.

I grabbed a schematic so tell me which pieces you are after on the front end.

I would say Jack Daniels in NJ. Everytime I needed something they had it. Stock stuff and some aftermarket.
