Funny indeed.

In that spirit, one can continue with a M3 GT-R billboard, than an Audi R15 TDI coupe, etc., etc.

In the categories that BMW and Audi race I wonder which company places higher? Does BMW dominate the F1 field?

They lay down a fair fight in F1 but they are not dominating the game at all.

I would like to see them race the V10 version of the R8 with AWD at the GT series of the ALMS.

Not even close. They had some good moments lst yr, in fact Kubica was temporarily leading the driver's pt standings and BMW was leading the constructors' championship standings, but it went downhill from there. The brass claimed will they focused all their work in the latter half of last season for developing KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) which for 09 is optional, but next yr mandatory.

So far BMW has had mixed success with KERS (only 3 races into the season), in fact last race (Chaina last weekend) neither car had KERS for the race. It's been a very whacky season so far, which actually has made it interesting. Ferrari doesn't have a single pt, and leaders are a team that was not in existence 3 weeks before the start of the season (Brawn racing).

I don't see Audi enteriing F1 anytime soon, in fact it is discouraging they are pulling out of sports in which they are perenial winners!
