Hardly a competitive race, but also comparing apples to oranges. Let's see: non stock 725hp RS6 vs. somewhat stock 540-ish hp M5 (Supersprint cat-back exhaust adds nothing other than slight weiht reduction, headers at best 30whp). I could tell you the outcome before they even cranked the engines...
