yeah seems like it may be a scam since that car (same vin, same pics) is for sale at Mercedes Benz Houston North
so yeah scam more than likely

I always stay away from new sellers on Ebay, too many scams there.

 

100% scam. Google the VIN and you will find the same car for sale at Mercedes Houston listed with 3k miles, while the ebayers listing says 10k miles. I was interested in a turbo a few weeks ago with the same type of add. Called the guy and he knew nothing about the car and couldn't even tell me when he bought it..

 

Yea, wire me the money, and the car will be shipped to you tomorrow!! Don't mind that overseas bank account, I also have a home in Switzerland!!

 

Seems like a scam.. they shut the auction down.

And people actually send the money...can you believe it...

 

Stay away from ebay. Cars.com and autotrader is the way to go.
