is it available option on v10 in usa ? is it much better than regular brakes? does anyone know more about these brakes?

In general, not only do carbon ceramics dissipate heat a lot better (thus better braking performance, especially with repeated i.e. on the track), but from what I understand they last a LONG time without needing service, like over 100k miles. The caveat being that in most cars, this is a ~$20k USD option.

Even if it's not sold as an option, you can always buy the setup (front only) from Europrice for $16k USD.
