Depends on where you are located and what year vehicle (C5 or C6)...
If you are just looking for chip upgrades, I would suggest GIAC or REVO. Stay away from APR.
For suspension (if money is not object) I would suggest ditch the DRC and go with Stasis Ohlin Coilovers.
There are various high end tuners such as MTM, but if you are not in Europe you will need to find a local source...

Stay away from APR? They've got the best reputation for reliability with most VAG circles. However, you can't go wrong with Revo or GIAC either. They're all pretty good and MUCH cheaper than mtm (they're insane expensive).
