i would also pop over to audiworld.com as they have had some very lengthy discussions on the issue you are having. lots of fixes tried, some worked some did not but its a great place to get some info.

 

i would agree, don't waste your time with the dealer. I had a similar issue with my dealer when I bought mine in that he did not give me the audi interface cable. When I called AoA they said it was supposed to come with my car, and overnighted me one

Me myself, working for a dealership, knows that the service dept will try and get anything out of you...

Car should have warranty so you shouldnt have to pay for a thing!

Road forced tires? Shouldn't you take that up with the sales dept for selling you a car with road forced tires?

Best color combo for sure!
I would take off that "fusa" you have hanging on the rear view mirror though.
IMO, it doesn't match that type of car at all. Unless of course you are representing your Japanese roots...
