whats a 2008 r tronic going for?

 

I know its hard to read. The ones with A infront of yes is auto and m is for manual

 

Hey everyone I have no experience with the R8 besides admiring its looks. But have driven the Gallardo with the E Gear. I was wondering what the R tronic will do? Are the shifts as quick? Will I be able to drive it longer than 10K with out replacing it? Was there a big improvment with the 09s from the 08's???

there are a ton of threads on the Audi R8 forum ( I'm new to all these forums...maybe answers on here too but try the R8 forum). I have read the entire other forum, and there's a specific discussion over a 2 year period about the clutch thing being that the R8 is related to the lambo. Early in the R8 forum there were buyers who got scared about there orders because of the every 10k clutch thing with the Gallardo, and if you follow the forum over the 2 years, it thankfully is unfounded....there are many well past 30K and no trouble. Some mechanic mentioned that he was looking after 11 R8's and no troubles.
