MTM has a nice supercharger kit for the 4.2 Q7!

 

Mine is 3.6L
Is there any aftermarket products for 3.6?

I don't know that there is much out there, I am sure there is an exhaust system and a cold air intake, unless you wanted to do a turbo kit, HPA has them for VR6 engines...
