Here is an example of full hood clear bra coverage on a new Audi R8 V10. On this occasion, XPEL's installers removed the Audi's hood badge so that the film would not have to be cut around its perimeter. The film was then applied to the hood and the badge was replaced. All edges of the film were wrapped around the hood panel for a completely seamless and invisible installation.
As you can see from the photos, XPEL's PREMIUM Paint Protection Film has also no orange peel texture to it, so that it does not detract from the car's appearance. Instead, you get a clear bra is completely undetectible, yet still protects the paint from stone (rock) chips and bug acids.
