Hey, my dad has recently purchases an audi RS4 and we want to make the rotors larger. In order to do this do we just need different mounts and rotors or do we have to buy all new callipers as well?

I believe it explains everything clearly enough on the link. Larger calipers are not needed. You use the existing rotor hat from the stock brakes, bolt it up to the 380mm disc's, they provide spacers to space the caliper out, as well as longer caliper bolts.
