Sorry guys, I posted this in the Aston forum by mistake (I have an Aston as well).

I have had a car stolen, found and replaced since I placed the order. I find it crazy that all of that takes less time than sipping a splitter.

The bigger issue is the complete lack of customer service.
- they charged me immediately for both parts, even though they say they charge when the part ships.
- I can't seem to get an answer on when the parts will ship. They just don't reply. Lately they have not even been answering their phone.

The wing is excellent, but this behavior is not inspiring any confidence. Even when I told them I wanted to add the rear diffuser to my order, it changed nothing.

Anyone else have issues with them?
Should I just wait it out?
Are they well meaning?
