APR's ECU Upgrade is developed to work within the OEM and Tier 1 Supplier specifications for engine component stress tolerances and performance specifications and is thoroughly track tested through APR Motorsport's Grand-AM and World Challenge professional racing efforts. Available in octane-specific variations, APR's calibrations allow you to take advantage of fuel quality available in your area. APR's patented EMCS functionality puts the control of your engine's operation at your fingertips and allows for additional features and options to be installed to your OEM ECU.





The APR Stage I ECU Upgrade gives you higher peak numbers of 362 horsepower and 345-ft. of torque measured at all 4 wheels, but also gains of up to 77 all wheel horsepower and 57lb-ft are available throughout the power band!

For those demanding more torque, The APR Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is the answer. Spinning the supercharger faster increases air flow and effectively doubles the low-end gains of Stage I. The gain in torque is felt immediately, but the results are present from beginning to end adding up to 80ft-lbs and 108 horsepower at all four wheels! Stage II+ Software is included as a free upgrade for APR Stage I customers with the purchase of an APR Supercharger Pulley Upgrade.

A quick 101 on APR's DirectPort Programming

DirectPort Programming allows any authorized APR Distributor to directly program the vehicle's ECU over the OBD-II port without ever removing or opening the ECU. The process is quick and easy thanks to APR's online DirectPort Programming interface. Every upgrade takes place through an internet connection to APR's HQ ensuring each customer receives the latest software updates. DirectPort has also allowed many advanced features to be integrated into ECU functionality.

FlipSwitch- Using the cruise control buttons, you are able to switch between up to four separate ECU programs of your choice. Examples of possible chip programs include stock, octane specific performance and race programs, valet, etc...
Anti-Theft System- This theft deterrent system prevents the car from being operated by unauthorized personnel, even if given the key. The engine will crank and idle, but will not accept throttle input. A thief, even if successful in getting the car to start, will have no power with which to drive away. The Anti-Theft System can only be deactivated by entering your unique access code.
Fault-code Erase- Allows you to erase and reset engine related trouble codes without having to use a specialty tool.
Throttle-body Realignment- Allows you to manually perform throttle-body adaptation.
