I like it alot. The A8 was one of the most opulent cars I've sat in. Go sit in it yourself before casting too strong a judgement. I think this is going to be a sweet 'typical understated' Audi highway cruiser.

AUDI, VW, Porsche, and Lamborghini IMO are not going in the right direction with a few things.
The platform sharing the Cayenne/Toureg, Bentley/Phaeton, Gallardo/A8 etc.. etc.. The Bentley GT interior is practically that of the Phaeton/Toureg, it's just fancier.
Audi makes great cars, so do the other brands, but the platform sharing is not something id expect from them. I would expect it from GM because their cars cost 3x less. Escalade/Tahoe, H2/Tahoe etc.. etc..
