Crafted from hand-laid carbon fiber and utilizing a fiberglass interior layer, Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake sets a new benchmark in appearance and durability - all while resisting the performance-robbing effects of engine heat soak.

The ECS Tuning Kohlefaser Luft-Technik Intake System features:
- Carbon Fiber upper and lower air boxes
- Carbon Fiber intake tubes, carefully contoured to allow the smoothest flow path
- Aluminum and custom cut Reflect-A-Gold heat shields for additional heat protection
- 3 1/8" 8 ply cotton gauze conical hi-flow reusable air filters; featuring a bell mouth inlet
- 4-ply silicone couplers to hinder collapsing mated with stainless steel hose clamps
- Exclusive Quad-Lock release tool for easy removal of the intake vent hoses
- Broader and smoother torque curve for an enhanced driving experience
- Gains of +13 WHP / +5 FT-LBS WTQ on APR Stage 1 ECU Upgrade
ECS Tuning took additional time in the design process to provide an intake system that not only performs, but also compliments the factory components of the RS5 engine bay. The dual carbon fiber lids mimic the strong lines of the factory engine cover while the curvature of the outer edges take shape with the borders of the engine compartment, providing one of the most aesthetically pleasing additions on the market. We also took the time to create our exclusive Quad-Lock release tool for removing the intake tube vent hoses so that the most daunting task of installation is made simple.
