My Milltek install is complete. I took pictures and am going to send them to another member to post. The fit of the Milltek is a 10, the sound is unreal 10++++, the degree of difficulty to install on jack stands is also a 10. If anybody attempts this by themself as I did, I would be more than happy to help with a few tricks that are vital. I am far from a mechanic, but of course with no help and no instructions, it could have gone a lot quicker. I am meeting (next week) a fellow 6 speeder with a camcorder and we will figure out how to upload a sound bite. It is an awesome sound. I've had some pretty badass 930's, twins, the works. There is nothing like this, it is THAT crazy. All for now, time to drive!!!

 

btw i'm picking up the camcorder this weekend.

I have had the Milltek on my 05.5 B7 S4, my 25quattro and now my RS4. Nothing fits better, nothing sounds better. Money well spent !

 

What set up do you have on your RS? I have no resonators and bought the downpipes with high flow cats. The burble, snap, crackle and pop on D-cel is ridiculous. I only have 100 miles on the car, so I have not even spun it past 5K, I can only imagine what it is going to be like at 8.250K...The weight diff between the Milltek and the stocker is huge. I also have the S button exhaust valves in mine, but honestly it sounds so good, that I have not even tried it in "wife mode", have not turned on the Sirius yet, or driven with the windows up! The throttle blips on heel and toe are perfect. I guess the high flow cats help with that? Hats off to Milltek, they have a real winner with this one. Next mod will be the short shift from Stratmosphere.
