Just lowering springs and 109K+ miles shocks? Car is gonna feel weird, mang.

Yeah, you should look into some shocks (the FSD's or Bilsteins are great from what I hear) ASAP.

Your shocks are probably dead already and the new springs will make that very clear if you haven't noticed it already. I had the sport suspension and the shocks began to deteriorate after only 60k miles.

yea, just lowering springs.... shocks already do suck, but i can't afford an expensive set of shocks =(

Definitely paint the lower valences. With your rims and the ride dropped with your springs, you should be good to go in the looks dept.

I agree.. soon as the lowers are painted the car will look so much better

well, update: i painted the calipers, and lowered the car this weekend (12 hours of work.... i'm a noob).... i also ****ed up my middle finger pretty badly =( gd metal discs behind the rotor.

anyways, i'll post more pics of the lowered ride tomorrow.! =)

You should definitely carry around spares in your trunk. It takes 2 min to change it out if one blows. I have 5 spares. At the very least, upgrade to R-revisions.

Nice car, looking good so far. One thing I recommend you do as said multiple times in this thread is paint the lower valances....makes a B6 look 100x better.

Anywhere from 300-1000. Depends on the shop.
