correction: the exhaust retails for $3495.00 LOL! Trust me this car is a jem and i will not sell for less than 40-something...but i do urge you to find a sick deal at the dealer and send your car to me for tuning!!!

I gotta agree with what most others are saying and also offer you some perspective from a guy that just bought a 2006 E55 from the dealer.

I purchased my 2006 CPO E55 for trade in value from the dealer. It had 16k miles and is fully loaded with NAV and dymanic seats. The car also came with an extented warranty. This was back in march before gas went crazy. I bet they would be even more aggressive now.

The sad truth is that the past few months really hurt the value of your car. If you have advertised it well and have not gotten any bites it is becaused it is priced wrong for the current market conditions.
