btw, please don't bother PMing me with ridiculous lowball offers. The deal is already SICK cheap. For those in other states, the lease without tax is just over $1500/month.

Hmm...may be interested. One question: How much would it cost if I decided to eventually "buy" the car?

As I said earlier, BMW leases are great because they have super high residuals. That means very low monthly payments (compare with a $117k Benz ) but means the buyouts at the end are high. You can always renegotiate at the end though and buy it for market price or slightly below. They'd rather sell the car to you than have to take it into inventory and sell it.

I spoke with a guy yesterday who said he wants it and would do the credit app immediately, but I have not heard from him today. So if you want it, it's yours.

I've now had 4 (!) separate people tell me they want it, waste my time on the phone for 20 minutes, and then completely vanish into thin air. I really don't understand people

Anyway, it's still available.

I Pm'ed you a serious offer and you didn't take me up on it...so it works both ways....you can turn down offers if you so choose and they can decide to look elsewhere....no harm no foul

I have no problem with people who are not interested (99.99999% of the world). I have a problem with people who say they want it, waste my time, and then disappear.

You made an offer, I chose not to accept it, of course no harm no foul.

My car is only $1505 + tax and its original MSRP was more than $20,000 higher!

This really is a great deal! I am looking into '08 vert White on Black myself and got quoted $1150 with $15,000 down (without credit check, I am sure I can get them to go lower) but if I were looking to take over a lease, I would jump on this. Good luck!

Since I am a leasing noob....what amount would one use to figure his local taxes and over what period?

Thanks,

The leasing Moron
