UPDATE:

all new breaks are on the car, front and rear everything been changed...only calipers are the same. Spent 2K on everything with receipts.

Truly a bargain and will need nothing for another 20K

Couple of questions:

1. What does it mean CPO as a modded car? Is everything modded excluded from the warranty (i.e. engine, suspension components, etc)?

2. What suspension is on the car? Link to description says H&R coilovers by cargraphics and your signature says Gemballa Stg 3 Race - not sure if those are the same, but thought I'd ask.

3. Do you have all the records and receipts for the work done to the car?

Thanks.

CPO warranty includes all parts other than Exhaust, intake, wheels, suspension

if anything happens as a result of mods, porsche is obligated to fix it, they just wont give you new Gemballa parts. those arent covered

Car has stg 3 race suspension, Coilovers, sway bars, bushings, links etc...

H&R makes coils for Gemballa and cargraphics, same thing...different settings...

All the work I have done I have receipts for, the rest came modded.

I have all service records from day 1

This guy has set a record for the longest 911 for sale in history. I am going to list my 07 Bentley GT for $350k but I might not be able to beat this record.
