You got a heck of a deal on that cab! but I agree, his price is high. I was offered a silver '01 with 33k on it for $48 and had another offer of an '02 black on black with 11k miles and he was begging for $51k.

An 01 even in the more rare white over black isn't going to bring you your asking price. Also....and I don't want to sound racial....but the asian character on the window hints at "rice" which is a turn-off for a lot of Porsche guys....take a razor blade to it...just a friendly hint with absolutely no malice intended. If you have something else lined up and this is sort of a contingency deal...then your objective should be offing it ASAP to free up the cash for the other car.....and since it's an 01 with a rare color combo, you're probably realistically looking more at around mid 50's. I realize it's not something you want to hear, but do a search and see the 02's and 03's going for high 40's all the way up to the low 60's....and some with some low mileage in there.

Gorgeous car (minus the window character which, I admit, may have some significance to the owner) but I think his price is a little high. I just listed my 2001 black/black Evo GT-610 for $58k (obo) and no real interest to date.

GL with sale.

For the right price, this car is still available. Regarding the Price talk...PLEASE LOOK AT THE APRIL 2008 DATE that this was being posted when the market for a TT was better I was basing the value on TT's when they were high 50's and was asking a little more premium due to its rare options and color combo. So, due to the market value for the TT's I have decided to just keep the car. I didnt want anything less than 60k for the car because I had an opportunity at that time to pick up a CLEAN WHITE ON BLACK 997 TT with the same options as mines for 120k, but that is too late.

I am not the first owner. I bought it at 23k miles.. the first owner was one of the founders of cisco.. he kept it in great condition with tons of records and maint. I followed the same after I bought it and did all the maint required and more like annual oil changes. plus it has always been garaged...

nice car and great color combo but price seems too high IMO, 57 might be more realistic
