Jaime,
Would you consider the following trade:

3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished Oceanfront condo (every bedroom is oceanfront) in South Daytona Shores, Florida (completley rennovated with all new furniture). Have over 550,000 invested in it and would trade for your car (of course you'd have the opportunity to run comp's in the area and get it appraised). I would suspect the vaule of the condo would be closed to 475,000 plus and it would be an even trade. Just a thought! Let me know if you have any interest!

Thanks, but I just bought three houses in Naples. The car I was considering is sold, so I'm keeping the cgt.
