not to hijack your thread, but i have been gt3 shopping also. getting shown quite a few cars for sale (all white). most are offered at msrp with add ons or about 3-5k under and more for the super high msrp cars.

rpmsportscars bought the black car he has from a guy in nashvile for msrp at 123k and is trying to flip it for more. good luck to him.
