Can you provide a dyno-graph?

No, I sold the car, dyno graph is with the new owner. It put down around 440-445whp if I remember correctly. And on stage 1 it dyno'd 404whp.

Active Autowerke does a great job with their products. I used to have an AA Turbocharged E36 M3 wish I still had it!

I've owned a B5 S4 Stage 3 (full custom AWE tune - 10secs4s entire setup) and a B5 S4 Stage 2+.

The stage 3 was all modded up, with the exception of a built motor and even larger turbos. I had the Ko4s on it, of course.

Bottom end was excellent in that car, down low it would be able to take the M3 due to traction issues w/ the M3 till about 40mph depending on the weather.

On the highway, the M3 was definitely a bit faster. The power comes on pretty fast with the S4, but not as fast as the blown M3, of course. I'd say there would be a difference of at least a couple car lengths if you went to high speeds. The M3 also had about a 40whp and 200lb advantage over the S4 - so that's almost equivalent to 60+whp. So you can guess the outcome.

Now, I did have a VERY aggressive race gas file on my S4 which made it pretty freaking fast... It would certainly hang with the M3 (on pump) in that mode, if not give it a good run for it's money. However, when i'd put race gas in the M3, it was bye bye S4 - even on race gas.
