The vehicle is still for sale and priced at $91,900 and keep in mind you are buying from a Mercedes dealership so the vehicle has been inspected etc !

Noticed the price has been lowered yet again, to 89K. I offered you a similar price for this car 1.5 months ago...

 

Can't blame a seller for this. The used car market has deteriorated significantly in the past 1.5 months.

 

Not really. The market has been horrible for a few months, before I made the offer; it is only now that sellers are realizing how bad the market is and adjusting for it. If they adjusted sooner they would have more cash in the bank and less depreciating cars they're losing interest payments on. Granted, the market continues to deteriorate, but all but one or two of the cars I made offers on in October are still for sale.

 

+1, it's the buyer's market right now and seller's who really wants to move their car would have to give it up at a lower price granting the horrible market right now. Buyers will come up with a lower offer, an offer close to the estimated market price 3 months from now. Nobody will buy an used car that will depreciate 20% in the next 3 months.
