Anyone interested in trading/swapping DDs? (More than just a FS/ft post)
No Jeep in trade but might be interested in your car. Could you pm the details? thanks, John
Drew, thanks! I finally took your advice and bought an e60, and then you sell out for a Benz..... lol.
I have a 2001 BMW E38 740IL Sport, anthracite grey with black interior. Car is in great shape, 103K miles. I have had all the normal stuff done and car needs nothing. Upgrades include KW Variant III's, tinted windows etc.
Let me know if you want pictures etc.
Would be interested in seeing what is avaliable for trade.

I'm glad to see this thread back. I was looking all over for it and thought it died out. The 2 cars in my signature are up for trade. I am posting this from my phone. When I get home later today I will be able to post pics and more detail about both.
Glad to see this back as I think this is a great idea

I'm curious about one thing: Liability.
If there were an accident, which party would be responsible? Would the liability extend to the owner of the car or is limited only to the driver.
I would hate to have someone drive my car, hit a third party, unable to pay for the damages, and have the third party go after me for damages. Since the borrower is not covered by my policy, I would be responsible for monetary damages.

That was really for being able to trade with the hopes of getting the car back...this thread has a lot of good ideas, but mainly, it was for others to be like hey, i have a X you have a Y, they are close in value (without being nitpicky) so lets trade without getting screwed by the dealership...
