Sorry... Your car is georgous (I used to save pictures of it from the m3forum), but im not paying for all the mods. I am not a huge SMG fan either. With 60k on the clock I would not consider taking that gamble. Love your entire car though.

Can you afford to by the 996tt straight up till you sell your E46?
