Thanks... hopefully they'll move now that they are lower. I wish I had the dough to pick up a new car right now. Such great deals.

He'd already acknowledged that he didn't fully understand the extent of the term 'fire-sale'. Poor guys' getting hammered by a simple poor choice of words. Give him a break already...

Lowered prices seems fair... GL with the sale. Tough market is definitely an understatement.

Most people won't take the time out to pm someone on something trivial like this since it's not even her cars, but maybe babydoc's comments will be relayed to sv's friend to consider. If not the comments can be ignored.

You should edit the original post with the new prices because most people will not scroll through to find the reply thread lowering the price.

$135K is too high for the R8. Sticker on the fully loaded 6 speed R8 is $135K. With 2500 miles, I'd say $125K.

Sticker on this 09 R8 was between 142k-145k. Can't recall off the top of my head.

Whaaaa? I just priced it out on their config with everything excepted carbon ceramic brakes, which aren't shown in the picture, and it was $135K. Are you including sales tax?

I'm sure if someone is seriously interested in the car he'll scan over the sticker breaking down the options with their prices.
