No this was not featured in the Excellence Shootout. I believe you're referring to the Blacked-Out 997S.

The motor build (depending on which tuner does it) and gt800 kit are approx $100k. This doesn't include the motons, wheels, etc.
The guys at Sharkwerks did the entire build and can give you a quote if you're considering an upgrade. The great thing about Sharkwerks is you give them your car for tuning, they actually return it to you in the amount of time estimated in complete working order.
