I've been looking for an e30 M3(and a C4S). Could you explain the price justification? I may have missed something. I see there are mods and such but I don't see $30,000 in value added to the general prices they go for. Perhaps more interest would be sparked with the justifications in place.

Not ripping, just curious as I am in the market.

I am not sure what general prices your referring to. From what I have seen a basic m3 with some mods can run from 10k(needs some serious tlc) to 25k (less tlc). Add a paint job/engine rebuild to 2.5/some NLA parts/ Brand new Interior/ Some period correct BBS RS's etc etc, and you'll find you've spent more than the value added 30k you are questioning.

I posted the price to avoid tire kickers, and find "the right buyer", I don't need to entertain 100 emails asking for pictures and details.

Good luck on your search,hope this helps, I know It took me a while, 1.5 years before the previous owner sold it to me.
Oh and let me know if you spend less than what I did...

Simple

Paint = 10 to 15k
2.5 motor = 15k
That interior = 9k (imported from Germany)
Custom wheels = 4k (not including tires)
Suspension = 3k
OEM Evo parts / Correct Euro bits including real ACS nla mirrors =$$$
Time and patience = priceless
and did I include the car?

But you can always get it cheaper but will never be like that car guaranteed. Ask me how I know.

And here is what 60k got me ( a real dinan turbo M3)
