This beautiful Carbon Black M5 (Black Sport Interior) is in excellent condition with approximately 77,000 miles (majority freeway miles).

The exterior is in excellent shape with no scratches or dings except for the front bumper and front portion of the hood, which are pitted from freeway driving. The interior is in near flawless condition with very minimal wear. This car was waxed and detailed religiously by the previous owner and I am continuing the tradition. I have put approximately 8000 miles on the car myself.

Factory options include M-Audio, Sunshades, Fold-Down Rear Seats and MK 4 DVD Navigation.

This M5 is still under factory warranty via BMW’s Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty and also includes full free maintenance, which both expire in April 2009 or 100k miles.

This M5 was meticulously maintained and I have copies of all the maintenance and service records.

The following have been recently replaced or upgraded:

• New Rear View Mirror Assembly on 7/08
• New BMW Front brake pads and rotors on 5/29/08 at 68,626 miles
• New Driver’s Sided Mirror and Housing on 5/29/08 at 68,626 miles
• New BMW transmission on 9/14/07 at 61,999 miles via CPO
• New BMW clutch on 9/14/07 at 61,999 miles
• New Dinan Lightweight Flywheel installed on 9/14/07 at 61,999 miles
• New BMW Instrument Cluster installed on 7/17/07 at 59,751 miles
• New BMW Power Steering Assembly installed on 7/27/06 at 49,737 miles

Tasteful Modifications are as follows:

• BMW Original Double Glazed Windows (Extremely rare and VERY COOL European market option), which reduce heat and noise compared to US spec glass ($1700)
• Dinan Lightweight Flywheel ($1500 + labor)
• European Clear Corner Headlamps ($1000)
• BSW Stage 1 Rainbow speakers front and rear ($550)
• UUC Evolution 3 Short Shift Kit and DSSR ($475)
• Rogue Transmission Mounts
• Lo Jack Early Warning Protection System
• AngelBrights bulbs

The factory wheels have no bends or curb rash. However, the Shadow Chrome finish is peeling in several spots. Tires are in excellent condition. Front tires have approximately 80% tread depth remaining and the rear tires have about 90% tread remaining.

The previous owner was well connected with his service advisor, so anything that could be replaced under warranty was replaced. This car has a brand new transmission and clutch, so you don't have to worry about it for a long long time. This car is SOLID!

Why buy an M5 with an uncertain maintenance history, when you can get this beautiful and well documented M5 that is still under BMW CPO warranty?

Sacrifice for $23,900

The car is located in Las Vegas. Please send me a PM or e-mail if you have any questions or need additional information. I have numerous pictures documenting this well maintained automobile that I can send via e-mail.

Thanks

Wow! That car is gorgeous! Do you have any close-up pictures of the driver's seat? The leather looks impeccable-- what kind of leather care did you (and the prior owner) use!?
