A pet peeve of mine is people who ask sellers to give them their lowest price, or best price. If a seller has stated an asking price, the next move is for the interested buyer to make an offer. When parties ask me what my lowest price is, I sometimes ask what is their highest offer? However, usually I say I'll consider any reasonable offers, and put it in their court to make an offer.
