funny email conversation with my wife...
i've wanted a porsche tt for a loooong time now. actually showed my wife an 07 that was on this board a few months back and she basically puked all over it as being too ostentatious and flashy looking.
so today she sent me an email from one of her colleagues who was selling a used boxster. i told her boxsters are girl's cars, and then sent her a picture of josh's beauty with the caption 'now this is a car'....
her reaction (i was shocked):
"NOW THAT IS PRETTY!!"
i'm sure it's hypothetical but i'm going to follow up on this.....
josh maybe you can contact my wife and talk her into it....it would make for a nice trip up to bend!!

josh, wish we could help out..it's not the money, it's just our stage in life right now. we still have our son home and we need a car that is comfy on long trips, plus a station car that my kids can safely use...unfortunately your great turbo doesn't fit either of those. so my m5 stays in the garage and i keep the jetta 2.0t dsg around for the kids. when my son goes to college, however, there will probably be nothing holding me back!!
and it's funny...to me the nicest things about your car are the tasteful cosmetic mods, especially the wheels. hope you get this sold quickly.
