Thanks Ben. I would actually make out better to part it out and trade in bone stock and receive the tax benifit. I have buyers for all the stock parts just waiting to see what I will do.

If I part it out and trade in I am at a final net of 49,500k so at 47,500k I loose money and tax break but I really don't have the time or the patience to part it out as it takes me away from my daily sales which is where I look to pay for the Italian

If I don't see the benifit of the easier route I may put some time in and just take her back to how I got her. I hope to be in Houston in Sept or October when weather cools. My turbo is hybernating in storage in this heat.
